Add Bling to Photos

Adding bows, lights, or text is fairly easy to do.
Here I made a collage using three photos and then added text. 

To add more "bling" to the lower photo, I added a lace sleeve to the bottle, three different bows, hanging crystals, and light sparkles using the Perfect Image app.  I like the bling look.
