Voila Corque!

What do you do with Wine Corks?  Do you have them in a jar or favorite vase? Did you know there are some fabulous products and crafts made with cork?  See some creative corkwork and the lovely California Corque Hotel...

Here are my fav ideas for using cork from bottles...the above left idea is from Pinterest. These are corks hollowed out, add dirt and tiny succulents, add a magnet on the back to slap onto your fridge.  They look rustic but very nice in wine lover's filled kitchen.  The corks on the right have been used as a garland for a Christmas tree. I found these at the fabulous Apple Farm gift shop in San Luis Obispo, CA.  They are strung with wooden beads between the corks.

A unique cork-look cake for a wine event and a box of cork-looking napkins.

Cork for seating, tables, candle holders, insulated wine coolers and cork board for walls.

Cork trivets, wall Art, phone case, purse and coasters.

Finally, take a glance below at Corque Hotel in Solvang, CA.  Cuisine created by the famous Chef Bradley Ogden, beautiful holiday displays, a spa and wine tours are offered to indulge in while here.
