Shopping the Amazing Amalfi Coast

Along with the breath taking views of the Amalfi Coast, the cozy towns are known for plenty of great shopping, some of the best in the world.  Recently walking along the streets in Sorrento, Italy, I shot these photos above.  See more local shops along the Amalfi Coast and Carpi...

Carthusia Perfumerie, Isle of Capri, has been customizing the perfect perfumi formulas for decades...it's reported that Sophia Loren, Jackie O., Audrey Hepburn, Giada DLR are among many who've created their own scents.

Capri and Positano Shops.  I especially love the lemon scented soaps from the decades old Profumi de Positano.  The owners have kept the tradition of home made lemon and olive oil soaps among other products such as lotions and liquids.

Many Positano shops feature their hand made products near the beach level and all through the levels of the town.  Above left: Caffe Positano; artist on the beach; handcrafted sandals; lower left: linen clothing made in Italy; and a pottery glazier who owns her own shop.

Capri, Sorrento and Positano Shops.  Limonoro, lower right, had the best coffees, limoncellos and more to purchase in Sorrento.  Some of the shops in Capri are comparable if not more opulent than Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.
